My Body and Me

But really,

How well do I know my body

I’d give myself a solid B.

Interesting problems spring up every once in a while

I have a mauled brain

And a twitchy geniculate

A creepy face

Tired skin

Sensitive skin

Sensitive to pressure shocks

In normal buildings

Where I usually am

In normal buildings

LEED certified

Platinum

All across my teeth

Not outguessing anybody this time

Just my voice

Which too, is providing challenges

To my mind

To my gustatory reflex

It’s all tied together

And the hip bone’s connected to the…

And I spill barf all over the causeway

Scintillating

Immaculate

Starlit

Just leave, little bacteria in my stomach

Just leave, little viruses in my lymph

Stretch stretch stretch it out

No more release

Just bottled up

Like fine wine

That’s the other strat

That no one talks about

Because they don’t talk me to me
